Caribou Trail Custom, LLC (“CTC,” “we,” “us”) operates this website. This policy explains what this site collects and how we handle it.

What this site collects

This website has no accounts, no logins, and no cookies set by us. We run no analytics, advertising, or tracking scripts, and we do not build profiles of visitors.

Our hosting provider records standard server logs — IP address, browser type, page requested, and timestamp — for security and operational purposes. We do not use those logs to identify individuals.

This site loads typefaces from Google Fonts. Opening a page therefore sends your IP address to Google, which handles it under Google’s own privacy policy. We receive nothing from Google in return.

If you contact us

If you write to us, we keep your message and email address so we can reply and keep a record of the correspondence. We do not add you to any mailing list, and we do not share your address with anyone.

What we do not do

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information.
We do not serve advertising.
We do not disclose information to third parties except where required by law.

Software we license to clients

CTC develops and licenses software to client organizations. Those products handle data belonging to our clients and their customers under separate agreements, and each product carries its own privacy disclosures.

This policy covers this website only. It does not govern any product CTC develops, licenses, or publishes. Those have their own privacy policies, presented within or alongside the product itself.

Your choices

Because this site collects no personal information, there is generally nothing to access, correct, or delete. If you have emailed us and would like that correspondence removed from our records, write to mike@cariboutrailcustom.com and we will remove it.

Children

This site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the revision date at the top of this page will be updated.
